Meet Ali Meyer, PT, DPT: Empowering Patients Through Specialized Care
Ali Meyer joined the Saunders Medical Center therapy team in 2017 as a Physical Therapist. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Biology from Doane College and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in May 2017. During PT school, Ali focused her volunteer work and clinical rotations on helping patients with neurological conditions. At SMC, she treats a wide range of patients, from skilled nursing residents to those recovering from joint replacements and managing balance impairments. In 2018, Ali became certified in Lymphedema therapy and specializes in treating Parkinson’s Disease using LSVT BIG principles.

Personally Speaking
Ali is originally from Omaha, however, while growing up, visited her grandparents often in the Wahoo area. She and her husband, Bryan, moved to Saunders County in late 2017 and recently had a son. Ali played college volleyball and continues to enjoy watching sports and staying active. In her free time, she enjoys projects involving calligraphy writing, and spending time with family and friends.
