SUMMARY:
Radiologic Technologists will perform departmental procedures, and assigned activities by the Manager of Imaging Services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and /or ability required.
Full or part time employment as designated and on call as necessary with the rotation schedule of fellow staff members.
Knowledge of departmental equipment and procedures pertaining to Radiology and Cardiology.
Knowledge of State and Federal regulations and requirements for Radiologic Technologists.
Knowledge of all required responsibilities from an accredited Radiologic technology educational program pertaining to physics, anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, radiation protection, radiation safety, body positioning, knowledge of technical exposure factors, and compliance with The American Society of Radiologic Technologist Code of Ethics.
Adhere to staff scheduling determined by Imaging Services Manager.Participate in all safety, security and infection control programs that are mandatory as well as those required and provided by the department.
Uphold confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times and report violations to the Privacy Officer.
Understand and comply with the requirements of the Saunders Medical Center's Compliance Program, including, but not limited to the Code of Conduct, the Compliance Policy, all Saunders Medical Center-wide policies for compliance, and compliance plans affecting specific duties and responsibilities.
Participate in all education and training programs regarding compliance as required by Saunders Medical Center policy and as requested by the Supervisor.
Demonstrate personal traits of a high-level commitment, motivation and energy; team orientation; professionalism; trust; personal honesty and integrity; and a demonstration of placing others in a place of high value and treating them with dignity and respect.

Behavioral Health Specialist
Summary
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The Integrated Behavioral Health Therapist is responsible for independently providing assessments, treatment/care planning and psychosocial therapy within a primary care clinic setting for a diverse population of preventative, acute care and chronic disease management patients. The incumbent uses a variety of theoretical treatment models and interventions and excellent communication skills to work within a primary care/chronic disease management team setting with limited supervision; documents treatment/communication in keeping with department standards and keeps current on community resources to effectively provide linkage and advocacy to fulfill clients’ needs.
Implements mental health assessments and utilizes the DSM-5 to provide an accurate diagnosis/differential diagnoses.
Provides person centered treatment planning based on the assessments.
Employs various therapeutic interventions designed to addresss identified concerns and support needs.
Documents individual and group sessions and employs client treatment plan as a tool to increase client engagement and ownership.
Documents communication with primary care clinic providers and outside support resources
Collaborates and maintains positive relationships with all primary care team members and outside resources associated with the primary care clinic to facilitate quality patient care.
Meets facility productivity and documentation standards.
Participate in quarterly care team meetings and other meetings as requested by clinic leadership.
Maintains reliable attendance.

Summary
Responsible for coordinating and implementing quality management activities and process for LTC. Responsible for planning, implementing, coordinating, and assessing LTC infection control issues. Responsible for assisting staff with the electronic medical record (EMR) operations at LTC. Responsible for overseeing the restorative care program.

Initiate, monitor and document effectiveness and follow through on all quality projects.

Assist in supervision of supplies, storage, and sanitation of all work and storage areas.
Supervise all aspects of the restorative care program.
Teach current and new staff EMR documentation. Be trained as an EMR “super-user”.
Assist the IT department in implementing EMR updates for LTC.
Assist and take part in weekday/weekend call rotation as requested.
Assists the MDS Coordinator when needed to complete full MDSs, care plans, and care area assessments.
Complete Resident Discharge Summaries within 30 days of discharge.
Organize and file discharge summaries, as well as inactive charts.
