Meet Your Clinical Health Coaches—
Haley Hittner, MS, RDN, LMNT
Haley grew up in Wahoo, Nebraska, and graduated from Bishop Neumann High School in 2015. She credits her parents for instilling in her the values of faith, family, hard work, discipline, and perseverance. With four younger sisters and a love for sports, Haley’s life has always been filled with activity and teamwork. She went on to compete at the University of Nebraska on a golf scholarship from 2015–2020, where her experience as a student-athlete helped shape her passion for nutrition, health, and fitness.
“I’m very passionate and motivated to help people optimize their overall health and wellness. I love connecting with people of all backgrounds, and I’m a big believer in goal setting. Oftentimes, one small step in the right direction can lead to a lifestyle change, and eventually these positive changes become lifelong healthy habits. Anything is possible when you set your mind to it!”
In her free time, Haley enjoys playing golf, watching sports, and exercising. She also loves traveling, waterskiing, scrapbooking, and reading. Country music and coffee are two of her favorites, but spending time with family and friends is always her top priority.

Lori Russell, RN, BSN

In her personal time, Lori enjoys bowling, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.
