Registration Tech
Registration Tech – Full Time
Saunders Medical Center is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Registration Tech to join our team full time. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and being the calm, welcoming presence at the front desk, this role could be a great fit for you.
As a Registration Tech, you’ll often be the first voice or face our patients encounter. You’ll play an important role in making sure every patient feels supported and confident from the moment they contact us.
What you’ll do:
- Greet and register new and existing patients with accuracy and care
- Answer phones, assist with the switchboard, and direct callers to the appropriate department
- Schedule appointments and help patients understand next steps
- Work closely with clinic teams to keep things running smoothly
- Provide backup support as needed in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment

What we’re looking for:
- Medical terminology experience is preferred
